Things Need to Improve
- Important FIRST.
- Make more DETAILED plans.
- Meditate more, especially when feeling not right.
A Few Thoughts
Winter is coming. Found out I am suffering from SAD(Seasonal affective disorder) which made me sleep more but disrupted, eat more but exercise less, hesitate more but do less. :P
Meditation really helps to improve focus, self-esteem and the whole mental status. Stay focused, keep mindful.
